Yesterday I put moose in Kirstens hair and it went all curly! So cute. Plus it helps to hide the mullet. I dont want to talk about it. anyways here she is with curly hair...
This week I have been sewing a ton! Love it! I managed to sew 2 aprons for Kirsten (feeling guilty for all the stuff I've been doing for Mikelle) and 19 burp clothes for Mikelle! All with patterns I created myself.
The aprons. I tried two different designs just to spice it up a bit. Kirsten is going to be helping mommy bake a lot now. Im kinda embarrassed for how long it took me to make them because I was scared of making the super easy pattern. I got 2 12x12 cardstalk papers and taped it together so it was long enough. I got one of her dresses, guessed about where to draw the outline and rounded the edges with a cup. Then folded it in half to make sure both sides of the pattern we even.

I had a bunch of burp clothes I used for Kirsten. However, they were flannel and I didn't like how they looked after lots of washing. So I tried some terry cloth(towel like material) on one side for some of the burp clothes.

And some white soft stuff. (Dont look closely at the sewing job. Im still new to this. I just got my sewing machine for Christmas)

I also made a ton of this style last week. Butterfly flannel on 1 side and soft dots on the other.

12 more days!
